Gin Nordés wird auf Basis eines Destillats aus Albariño-Trauben hergestellt, zusammen mit zwölf besonderen Pflanzen, die aus allen Ecken Galiziens stammen, ausgewählt, um ihm Reinheit und Aromen zu verleihen: Eisenkraut, Lorbeer, Queller, Zitronenabrieb, Eukalyptusblätter, Salbei, Minze, Stechginster, Wacholder, Kardamom, Chinin, Ingwer, Hibiskus, Lakritze, Tee. Nachdem sie dreifach nach traditioneller Art destilliert wurden, werden die Pflanzen und der Albariño zusammengeführt, um eine vierte Destillation durchzuführen, in einem Destillatkolben aus Kupfer.
Das Ergebnis ist ein frischer und sanfter Gin, elegant und delikat, weiblich und blumig. Ein subtiler Ausdruck des Albariños, ein Gin mit freiem Spirit und atlantischem Charakter.

One of the Best Gins in the World
Honestly many gins taste well like gin with subtleties so subtle that, when mixed with tonic they get lost - Nordés is different their mix of a special sprit and amazing botanicals makes Nordés distinct in a very crowded market. 10/10 amazing

Really novel scent & flavour
This is quite striking, as I've never tasted or had an aroma like it before, quite amazing. Reading the list of botanicals I cannot pinpoint what it is, or maybe just the combination. Recommended as it's such a surprising gin.

Combina con todo, excelente relación calidad precio,
recomiendo, zumo de limón, una punta de azúcar moreno, cardamomo y una piel de lima.
