The pale rosé 2021 Rosat is subtle, aromatic and floral, with notes of rose petals and more clout than you might think. It's textured and round and has 15% alcohol, so it can stand up to food. It combines power with elegance, and it's clean and harmonious. 5,890 bottles were filled in March 2022.
