This along with ageno and nottediluna is one of my favourite wines. Slight carbonation in first opening the bottle that adds a good dimension to the dry and slightly tannic taste. Bouquet is like pencil shavings for me 👌

Love this wine.. has a little fizz when the bottle is first opened but dissipates after a while.. highly recommend
