The light and aromatic red 2021 Cabòries was produced with a blend of 45% Mandó, 35% Sumoll and 20% Xarel.lo co-fermented with some full clusters and carbonic maceration of the Mandó, and it matured in stainless steel with the lees until it was bottled. It's light and has moderate alcohol, 12.29%, good freshness and acidity and comes through as light and fresh with red berry fruit, flowers and a juicy palate with round tannins, a little à la Beaujolais. 6,000 bottles were filled in March 2022.
Vin léger, belle longueur en bouche, acidité, coté sauvage, fruit rouge, à garder quelques années.
Bouche : assez léger et fins. ... Nez : Arômes de fruits rouges et herbes - Aucuns signes de tertiaire .... en finale ce qui laisse penser que le vin peut encore se garder quelques années .
