Great natural sparkling wine

Love this wine, visited the winery in summer of 2019 and had to get some more. It's lightly sparkling, but very distinctive, but also very delicious.

Great depth and complexity thanks to the xarello, and with a longevity that means it can be enjoyed and left to develop over an hour or so.
