Clouet's NV Silver Brut Nature Grand Cru is a pure Bouzy Pinot Noir that was disgorged without any dosage. This disgorgement displays a medium intense golden color and a complex and refined bouquet of ripe and pureed apples and discreet chalky as well as brioche aromas. The palate is elegant, straight and fresh, very pure and salty on the finish. This is a challenging Brut Nature that needs to be aged for two or three years to gain complexity and finesse and to smooth its current edges. The finish is mineral, limestone and salty but also a bit drying at this moment.
A bold and generous champagne for Brut Nature, the bone-dry finish mellowed by the ripe-apricot character, plus hints of toast and melted butter. Not super-elegant, perhaps, but gives a lot of pleasure and has entirely its own style. 100% pinot noir. Drink now.
Alle drei Champagner waren noch sehr frisch und jung. Aber alle drei waren hervorragend,
wobei der Clouet Grande Reserve der Beste in einer Viererreihe von Blanc de Noirs

No encontrarás un brut nature más afilado
Agradezco que una casa que ya no es un “petit vigneron” sea capaz de crear vinos tan personales como éste. El Silver Brut Nature de Andrè Clouet es seco, casi “metálico”, afilado como una navaja de Laguiole y laaargo, muy largo. Su aroma herbáceo y cítrico y esos frutos secos en el paladar lo hacen perfecto para una cena de marisco o un pescado asado (aunque tiene una fortaleza que no desmerece en ninguna situación)

Fruity and dry!
Despite having no dosage the fruit in this 100% Pinot Noir (grown in the village of Bouzy) champagne is excellent: aromas and flavors of orange, nectarine, peach, complemented by some toast and biscuit. It’s all there and yet it is very dry.

Bastante bueno y buena RCP
Un champagne fresco pero con complejidad, con la burbuja muy bien integrada y que vale tanto como champagne de aperitivo como vino para comer. Muy buena compra.
