Medium-bodied with smooth tannins and a nice freshness, it’s easy to drink and pairs well with a variety of dishes. The finish is clean and satisfying, making it a great everyday wine with a bit of Priorat flair.

Too strong for me

A wine bottle stating 15% vol needs to be treated with caution. This benefits from time out of the bottle before drinking and then needs to be consumed with food that can stand shoulder to shoulder with it. Not for me, but can understand those looking for big chocolate flavours loving it.
