Primarily we discovered an oaky, smokey flavour. Once aerated there is a particularly oaky flavour with a strong hint of dark fruits such as plum and cherry. This is a structured wine with light tannin's, dry, peculiar, with a warm, intense feeling. The taste does not linger. A real thinker, smooths with time, with some depth. A one for the mature palate

Una sicurezza!

Un vino che raramente delude. L’ho assaggiato in diverse annate e ne ho sempre tratto soddisfazione. Morbido ma non “ruffianò”, perfetto per le vostre portate di carne. Ieri sera l’ho abbinato a salsiccia e patate al forno ed è stato un ottimo compagno di strada
